Avoly provides a platform for finding and exporting Google Maps business leads with contact information, ratings, and reviews. The Service includes features such as lead discovery, CRM management, team collaboration, and data export capabilities.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use certain features of the Service, such as adding leads to your CRM, exporting data, or accessing premium features.
Important: We reserve the right to change the definition of credit usage, including what actions consume credits and how many credits are consumed per action, at any time and without prior notice. Changes to credit definitions will be effective immediately upon implementation.
Credits may be purchased through the Service. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Credits may be subject to expiration terms as specified at the time of purchase or in your subscription plan. Expired credits cannot be used and will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance when possible, but may take effect immediately for new purchases or at the start of your next billing cycle for subscriptions.

The business lead data provided through our Service is obtained by aggregating and structuring publicly available business information from online sources, including Google Maps. This data includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings, reviews, and other publicly displayed information.
Important: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Google Maps. The data we provide is collected from publicly available sources and is provided "as-is" without any warranty or guarantee from Google or us.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY DATA PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
